Dreams fascinate because they speak to us from just below the surface, reaching out and asking for us to pay attention to our inner knowing. They are personal and unique yet universal. Our dreams (whether waking or asleep) grace us with the opportunity to dive deep into the psyche of what we often push aside and are too busy, distracted or unable to connect with in our day to day. Dreams are a door that open without knocking and an invitation to explore.
In this workshop we will use a combination of visual prompts, poems, waking dreams and dream imagery to connect with our inner-voice, our unconscious and begin to explore our personal symbology in dreamscapes.
